- First make the syrup-
- Take a saucepan, add sugar, water, cardamon and saffron, bring it to boil.
- After boiling 5 minutes let the syrup cool at room temperature.
- Now making malpua
- Add sooji, maida, sugar, fennel seeds together in a bowl. Now add milk and make a batter not so thick or thin.
- Take a pan, add oil in it, pour one spoon full of batter and fry both sides till golden brown
- Now arrange the malpuas in plate and pour sugar syrup over it.
