- Finely chop Carrot, Capsicum ,Cabbage n mix with Salt.
- Keep for 5 minutes n squeeze Water.
- Mix all ingredients to make Balls.
- Deep Fry the Balls n keep aside.
- Heat Oil, saute Ginger, Garlic n Green Chilli.
- Add salt, Soya sauce, chilli sauce, slurry n water. Cook for a while. Add capsicum n spring onion. Turn off the heat.
- Spread Dosa Batter on a pan.
- Place Manchurian Balls, Manchurian Gravy & Cheese/Butter above it.
- Cover it n cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with Spring Onions & Serve Hot.
