To get softer puffed buns use curd or butter while mashing the bananas add green chillies and peppercorns For the tangy taste. Fry in ghee it tastes goo.Made local ingredients easily available in any household It can be Eaten plain or with Potato bhaji Or coconut chutney. Buns can be stored for a week. Normaly it can be carried as snacks while going outstation for short vacation. In case you do not want to deep fry the same dough can be rolled like chapattis and baked on an iron skillet.
