Ingredients

  • Tapioca flour 1/2 cup
  • Mango Puree 6 Tbsp
  • Sugar 3 Tbsp
  • Chilled Milk 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Ice cream 3 scoops
  • chopped mango 5 Tbsp
  • Ice cube As required

Instructions

  • For Mango Boba Mix 1/2 cup flour, 2 Tbsp Mango pulp and 1 Tbsp sugar and knead it till you have dough like consistency (feel free to add more flour if required).
  • Roll out tiny balls and dust it with some tapioca flour.
  • To boiling water add the mango boba balls and let it cook for 10 mins. Add some honey and store in honey
  • To a glass add the Boba pearls, chopped Mango and Ice cubes
  • In a separate bowl add the remaining Mango puree, sugar to milk and pour over the Ice cubes.
  • Top with Vanilla Ice cream and enjoy this delicious drink in this summer : )
