- For Mango Boba Mix 1/2 cup flour, 2 Tbsp Mango pulp and 1 Tbsp sugar and knead it till you have dough like consistency (feel free to add more flour if required).
- Roll out tiny balls and dust it with some tapioca flour.
- To boiling water add the mango boba balls and let it cook for 10 mins. Add some honey and store in honey
- To a glass add the Boba pearls, chopped Mango and Ice cubes
- In a separate bowl add the remaining Mango puree, sugar to milk and pour over the Ice cubes.
- Top with Vanilla Ice cream and enjoy this delicious drink in this summer : )
