Ingredients

  • Hung yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • frozen mango chunks 1 cup
  • honey 2 tbsp
  • crumbs of digestive biscuits 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  • add all ingredients in a food processor or a mixer grinder jar and blend it until creamy smoothie-like texture.
  • now transfer it to an airtight container. freeze for a minimum of 6 hours but preferably overnight.
  • once it set scoop it like ice cream and serve it with mango chunks or as it is.

Notes/Tips

1) you can set it in an ice cream mold. 2)you can store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
