- Heat milk in a pan, mix some custard powder in half cup of cold milk and add it to hot milk, stir well to make sure no lumps.
- Add sugar when milk gets thickening.
- Stir continuously, cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes, when it is cooked and cooled add mango puree and mix well.
- Pour in tray or individual glass and Freeze for 2 hours. Garnish it with almond and pistachio to serve.
