Ingredients

  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Custard powder 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Almonds for garnishing
  • Pistachios for garnishing

Instructions

  • Heat milk in a pan, mix some custard powder in half cup of cold milk and add it to hot milk, stir well to make sure no lumps.
  • Add sugar when milk gets thickening.
  • Stir continuously, cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes, when it is cooked and cooled add mango puree and mix well.
  • Pour in tray or individual glass and Freeze for 2 hours. Garnish it with almond and pistachio to serve.
