Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Mango puree 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Baking powder 2tsp
  • Being soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Spatula or whisk 1
  • Baking tin 1

Instructions

  • Pre heat the oven 160 degree celcius. Take a bowl and shift the flour for twice and add the baking powder and salt, keep aside
  • Now take another bowl of yogurt, whisk till it become creamy.Then add powdered sugar and mixed it properly.After add the baking soda and keep aside
  • Grease the baking tin with parchment paper and keep aside.
  • Now whisk the oil in the batter and mixed it properly....after that pour the flour in 4 divided part in the wet ingredients and mixed it nicely without the lums
  • After that mix the whole part in the mango puree and fold it evenly.Now pour the batter in the grease tin and bake for 50mints in 160degree celcius .Check the skewer taste till it comes out clean
  • If need more baking keep it for 3 or 5 mints asper the microwave temperature.

Notes/Tips

If the batter more thick add 2tbsp milk or the batter flows add 2tbsp flour.
