  • Kale 1 bunch
  • Lemon Juice 1
  • Olive oil 2 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Maple Syrup 2 tsp
  • Sea salt
  • Bell pepper 1
  • Mango 1 cup
  • Avocado 1

Instructions

  • “Massage” the lemon juice, flax/olive and sesame oils, syrup, and salt into the kale till it’s wilted and dressed evenly. Mix in the pepper, mango, and avocado cubes. Toss well to combine. Serve.
