Ingredients

  • Mango-2
  • Milk-300ml
  • Mava-100gm
  • Cardamom powder-1/4tsp
  • Sugar-2tbsp
  • Saffron-6-7strands
  • Mixed nuts-2tbsp finely crushed

Instructions

  • Boil milk,add sugar,mix well and cook until the milk reduce to half and allow to cool.
  • Soften mangoes with soft hand,notch the upper part and carefully remove seed by pressing from bottom and carefully take out the pulp with spoon..be careful not to damage the whole skin of mango.
  • Now grind the mango pulp and mix it with prepared milk and add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Now hold the mango skin on small glass..just to give support and fill the prepared mixture in it and allow to set for 4 hours.
  • Now carefully take the prepared mango Kulfi,halve it and serve chilled.
  • This is the best summer dessert and especially for occasions to celebrate.

Notes/Tips

Always make milk mixture in heavy consistency for better Kulfi and presentation.
