Ingredients

  • Raw mango 200gm
  • Rohu fish egg 200gm
  • Turmeric Powder 2gm
  • Salt 2gm
  • Edible oil 4tbsp

Instructions

  • Marination of fish egg with salt and turmeric powder. Sliced mango will be kept ready
  • Oil will be poured in the pan. Let it be hot.
  • Marinated egg paste will be fried like pokora
  • Egg pokoras will be fried for 3mns
  • Raw mango slices will be shallow fried for 2mns
  • Water along salt and turmeric powder will be added in the pan. Mangoes will be boiled first for 1mn
  • Egg pokoras will be added. The whole dish will be cooked for 3mns.
  • Ready to serve with plain rice in lunch

Notes/Tips

Taste is to keep sour. Do not add sugar or other spices.
