Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • Fully riped mango pieces 2 cups
  • Sugar syrup 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/8 tsp

Instructions

  • Although the mangoes are sweet in taste but I am using sugar syrup or powder for reducing the slight tanginess of mangoes.
  • Pour everything together into blender and blend all into smooth blend.
  • Transver the blended mango pulp into a setting tray and freeze for atleast 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours take out and serve chilled with mint leaves or your choice of garnishing.

Notes/Tips

Use completely riped mangoes. Instead of sugar syrup you can use 2 tbsp of sugar powder.
