- Sugar syrup To half cup sugar add in half cup water and bring to boil till sugar dissolves Kunafa Dry roast kunafa with butter add in sugar syrup and press onto a silicon mould and keep it refrigerated.
- Filling Mango toffee cream In a pan take milk add in cornflour ,Dulce de leche and bring to a boil and cook till thick.Keep to cool and add in sliced small mango pieces.
- For layering In the silicon mould layered with kunafa add in the mango toffee cream and layer on top with layer of kunafa and keep refrigerated.slowly unmould the kunafa cups and garnish with pistachios/nuts and saffron threads/rose petals.
