- Mixture 1 ->Cut Vegetables -Carrot,Capsicum,Cabbage ,Tomatoes ,green chilli
- Mixture 2 -> Mix water in idli batter
- Mixture 3 -> Mixture 1+ Mixture 2+ Salt
- Pour Oil in Tawa, Dip Mixture 3 and give circle shape Let it coo for 3 to 4mins flip it over Cook other side for 2 mins
- Serve Healthy Masala Uttapam with Coconut Chutney,Mustard Chutney,Schwezwan chutney
