Ingredients

  • White matar 1 bowl
  • onions 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chillies 2
  • Green coriander 1 tbsp
  • Green chutney 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind chutney 2 Tbsp
  • Salt As per taste
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Nylon sev 1tbsp

Instructions

  • Soak matar overnight. Now boil this matar with salt in a pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles in a medium flame
  • Now chop all the vegetables finely.
  • Mix all the spices ,Vegetables , chutney And boiled matar well in a bowl
  • Garnish with coriander and nylon sev
  • Enjoy with kulchas
