Ingredients

  • Paneer 250 grams
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Jeera 1/2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
  • Onion, chopped 2 units
  • Green chilli 1 units
  • Grated ginger 1 teaspoons
  • Crushed garlic 2 units
  • Cashews 10-12 units
  • Cloves 4 units
  • Cinnmon 1 units
  • Bay leaf 1 units
  • Black cardamom 1 units
  • Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Kasuri methi 1 teaspoons
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Pressure cook tomatoes, onion and cashew with little water for 1 whistle.
  • Make a paste of this once cool.
  • Heat oil ,add jeera ,garlic, ginger, cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, green chili, cloves and sauté.
  • Now add the grinded paste to it. Sauté properly.
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, and turmeric powder and stir well. cook till it leaves oil on sides add kasuri methi.
  • Add paneer cubes and boiled green peas in gravy and garnish with cream.
  • Serve with paratha.
