- Pressure cook tomatoes, onion and cashew with little water for 1 whistle.
- Make a paste of this once cool.
- Heat oil ,add jeera ,garlic, ginger, cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, green chili, cloves and sauté.
- Now add the grinded paste to it. Sauté properly.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, and turmeric powder and stir well. cook till it leaves oil on sides add kasuri methi.
- Add paneer cubes and boiled green peas in gravy and garnish with cream.
- Serve with paratha.
