- Cut the paneer in medium size cubes . Boil the peas for 15-20mins Roughly chopped onion and Tomatoes , ginger, garlic &green chillies.
- In a big pan take oil 1 ladle when oil becomes hot wait for a min add cumin seeds , asfoetida ginger , garlic and green chillies Saute for a minute
- Add roughly chopped onion and Tomatoes. Add salt, turmeric , red chilli powder cook till the mixture gets soft and ozzes oil out.
- Cool down the temperature of the mixture . In meanwhile lightly deep fry paneer and keep them on an absorbent paper. Puree the mixture.
- In a kadhai add 1/2 ladle oil add 2 cloves and 2 green cardamom add the mixture /puree add water to balance its consistency add fried cheese cubes and boiled peas adjust with salt or any other spice which have been previously added.
- Cover it. Cook it on slow flame for about 20 min . Give a stir in b/w after 20min if water is required add it and sprinkle 1full packet of maggi masala-e- magic and mix it well add green chopped coriander cover it more for 10-15 min .
- Serve it with rice or poori, Parantha or phulka.
