Ingredients

  • Mawa 200 grams
  • Mix Dryfruits 200 grams
  • All purpose flour 100 grams
  • Powdered sugar 100 grams
  • Ghee For frying

Instructions

  • First make a gujiya dough in a bowl take all purpose flour n 50 grams ghee and add water and prepare soft dough.
  • For gujiya filling Take one Kadhai add mawa in it and stir it Continuesly and than add dryfruits like almond, kismiss, pista, raisins in it. And stir Continuesly than cool it completely than add powdered sugar in it and mix it well.
  • Take 1 part of gujiya dough and roll it from rolling pin and put it on Gujiya mould than fill it wid gujiya filling. Than fry it in ghee on low flame. Gujiya is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Fry gujiya on low flame only.
