  • Cooked bacon 50gm
  • Cooked Pepper Grilled chicken 50gm
  • Cooked Pork pepporoni 12slices
  • Grilled onion 30gm
  • Pulled beef 30gm
  • Grilled bellpeppers 25gm
  • Grated Mozoralla cheese 80gm
  • Homemade pizza sauce 30gm
  • Chilli garlic sauce 30gm
  • Barbeque sauce 20gm
  • Maida 500gm
  • Dry yeat 10gm
  • Bread improver 5gm
  • Salt 10gm
  • Olive oil 50ml
  • Water 270ml
  • Crushed black pepper 5gm
  • Dry Oregano 5gm
  • Hot Chilli flakes 5gm

Instructions

  • Make the pizza dough by combining the following ingredients into your dough mixer...( Maida, salt, olive oil, bread improver),,, combine dry yeast in a luke warm water for super activation... Stir it well and to the dough mixer for 5mins in a normal speed
  • Gently increase the speed for 5mins...until a semi sticky silky dough is formed..
  • Remove from the dough mixer.... Cut it equal parts.... And rest them in a try dust a maida in the bottom and grease olive oil in the top... Close them with a Cleanwrap... And rest them for proofing for 30mins
  • In the meanwhile grill the pepper chicken, bacon, onion, bell peppers and keep it aside....i.e,,Grill them separately...
  • Take the dough after proofing.... Dust some flour in the working table... Or Chokla.... Place it in centre roll it with a rolling pin..(you can use your hands for hand tossed pizza if you are familiar with it)
  • You can make an 12inch pizza with this dough of 250gms....after a rolled pizza base... Make some holes with fork... It will helps the pizza dough from air incorporate....
  • Apply the pizza with homemade pizza sauce and Chilli garlic sauce... With 1inch gap from rim....
  • Add 30gms of grated mozoralla... Then add the grilled chicken pieces cut into small cubes.... Add cooked bacon strips cut into small pieces, add grillee bell peppers, grilled onions, pepporoni and drizzle some barbeque sauce on the top
  • Add the remaining cheese on the top(if you want you can add more cheese) Add some crushed black pepper, dry oregano, chilli flakes on the top of the pizza
  • Gently take the pizza... And placed in a preheated oven of 180degree...for 14-15mins...until the golden brown colour formed in the outer skin of the pizza and the cheese to melt
  • Takeout the pizza from the oven... Placed in a board cut it 8equal pieces with you pizza cutter... Add some chopped parsley on the top...serve this superb hot &cheesy meat blaster pizza to your loved ones

Notes/Tips

Apply some olive oil on the outside rim of the pizza for better and equal golden brown colour. If you are using hand tossed method.. Dust some semolina for easy way to toss the pizza into a good shape..
