Ingredients

  • 500 gms wheat flour
  • 500 Gms jagri
  • 250ml water
  • 2 tablespoon crushed coconut
  • Half tablespoon elaichi powder
  • 2tablespoon curd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Please take first 500 Gms wheat Atta and 2 teaspoon bajri Atta in a big Bowl.
  • Please take 500 Gms jagri and 250ml water in a utensil and boil it at low flame till the the jagri Melts.
  • Let the jagri water get cool down for 5 to 10 mis at room Temperature.
  • Then mix all Wheat Atta,bajri Atta and jagri water in a Bowl.
  • Please add 2 tablespoon crushed coconut ,half tablespoon elaichi powder,2tablespoon curd into the mixer and mix it well.the mixer should be slightly thicker.
  • Now take oil for frying as your wish as your mixer quantity now let the oil get hot at high Flame.
  • Now put 1 tablespoon quantity ones in oil by your hand in round shape put it in hot oil fry untill it gets brown in colour.
  • Now take a tissue rub the gulgulle properly till it release oil now serve it hot and enjoy..
