  • Juwar flour 1 cup
  • Besan flour 1/4 cup
  • Salt As per taste
  • Red chili powder 3/4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Dhaniyajeera powder 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida Pinch
  • Sesame seed 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Methi chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ghee For frying puri

Instructions

  • Take one bowl. Add all dry ingredients and mix.
  • Add oil and water to make soft dough.
  • Make small balls from dough and roll medium thick puri and fry untill golden brown. So, here is a perfect tea partner crispy puri is ready to serve.
