Ingredients

  • Ghee 2 tspn
  • Jeera 2 pinch
  • Hing 1 Pinch
  • Water 1 and half cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  • Haldi 2 pinch
  • Dhaniya powder 1/4. Tspn
  • Papad 1 big size
  • Green Fenugreek( methi) seeds 1 tspn
  • Salt As per taste

Instructions

  • Take all Ingredients
  • Heat the ghee
  • Add jeera and hing
  • Add red chilli powder And Than add water inmediately
  • Let the water boil
  • Add papad in it
  • Once it is Cooked add methi (fenugreek seeds)
  • Methi papad sabzi is ready

Notes/Tips

Add red chill powder and Immediately or else chilli powder will burn And always add methi in the end or else it will taste bitter and let it boil for half minute and switch of the gas and cover it with a lids I
