Boiled red beans 1/4 cup
Boiled sweet corn 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
Salsa 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Oregano as per taste
Chilli flakes as per taste
Olive oil 1 tablespoons

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except Tart shell.
Fill tart shells with this mix to serve as starter
