Ingredients

  • Red bell pepper (chopped) ¼ cup
  • Green bell pepper (chopped) ¼ cup
  • Yellow bell pepper (chopped) ¼ cup
  • Onions (chopped) ¼ cup
  • Tomatoes (chopped) ¼ cup
  • Boiled corn ¼ cup
  • Maggi masala-e-magic 1 sachet
  • Black/white pepper powder 1tsp
  • Oregano 2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Pizza sauce/ Red sauce (optional) 3 tbsp
  • Schezwan chutney 2 tbsp
  • Baked bean (canned) ½ cup
  • Regular puri used for pani puri 10
  • Cheese For garnishing
  • Green olives For garnishing
  • Jalapenos For garnishing

Instructions

  • In a bowl add red, green and yellow bell peppers. Add onions and tomatoes
  • Add boiled corn, Magic-E-Masala, pepper powder.
  • Add Oregano, mix Herbs, red chilli flakes and mix well.
  • Add pizza sauce / red sauce, baked beans (canned) and schezwan chutney
  • Mix everything well, your Mexican Veggie mix is ready.
  • Stuff this Mexican veggie mix in the puri, put some cheese on top and sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
  • Garnish with your favourite toppings and enjoy a different version of Puri and pizza.

Notes/Tips

Serving this with some sweet drink will enhance the taste..... Enjoy??
