- Put the Whole Nestle Milkmaid Tin (400gms) in boiling water for 1hour. This allows the Milkmaid to caramelise.
- Meanwhile when the Milkmaid is getting ready, Add Ghee to a pan for roasting the vermicelli.
- Once the vermicelli is roasted well, add 3tsp of Sugar.
- Take the Caramelised Milkmaid, Add 200gms of it to the Vermicelli. Mix them for about 2 minutes and switch off the stove.
- Transfer the vermicelli mix to a nest like mould (eg: Small Katori). Freeze it for 20 mins
- While the Nest is being refrigerated, We can start preparing the Milkmaid Eggs!! To a bowl add 200gms of Caramelised condensed milk
- To the same bowl add a pinch of salt and mix well
- Add 150gms of desiccated coconut to the above mix and make balls/eggs shape out of it.
- Take the frozen nests, place the Milkmaid eggs on them. Tada!! Milkmaid eggs on Nestle Nest is ready.
