Millet flour Half cup
Besan 1/4 cup
Baking soda and baking powder 1/2tbsp n 1 tbsp
Dryfruit powder 4 tbsp
Paan essence 2 drops
Butter 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Green colour 1 pinch
Gulkand 1/4cup

Instructions

Preheat oven on 180 degree for 10 min now place the baking tray inside and bake for 15-20 min . Remove after once it's cooked and kept outside to cool for 5-10 min Decorate with jelly and paan masala .serve it once cooled. MILLET PAAN COOKIES are ready.

Notes/Tips

Add 2 spoon milk if cookie dough is not soft in binding consistency.
