- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of potato stuffing and combine well.
- Now stuff the potato masala into the chilies.
- Prepare the batter by mixing besan n other ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Now dip the stuffed chilies into the besan batter and deep fry in the oil.
- Fry till they become golden in colour on medium flame.
- Drain excess oil on tissue paper.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
