  • Moong/matki 150gms
  • ginger 1
  • Garlic 6
  • Chopped Onions 4
  • Chopped Tomatoes 2
  • oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
  • Jeera 1/2 tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • tumeric powder 1/3 tsp
  • Chilly Powder 1/3 tsp
  • Pav Bhaji Masala 1/3 tsp
  • farshan 2 cups
  • Coriander Leaves 1 cup
  • Salt as taste 1.5 tsp

Instructions

  • 1)Sprouts moong/matki Firstly, cook moong/matki, tumeric powder and salt in cooker.
  • 3)For tadaka Add oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves.

  • 4)Masala Add tumeric powder,chilly powder,pav bhaji masala in step 3.
  • 5)Then add grinded gravy in step 4 which is made in step 2.
  • 6) Add cooked moong/matki in step 5 and pour water in it.
  • 7)For Garnish Lastly,Garnish With Farshan,Chopped Onions,Coriander Leaves, Lemon And Liquid Gravy.

Notes/Tips

Tip Use moong instead of matki so that it go well with the mixture.
