- Take curd nd put in a muslin cloth nd keep aside for one hour until the water separate
- Boil 2 cup of milk nd reduce it to 1 nd half cup
- In a pan add sugar until it caramelized nd add hot milk of half cup nd start stirring
- Add this caramelized mixture to milk nd boil for 3 minutes nd set aside to cool
- Take curd in a bowl nd wisk until it is soft
- Then add this milk mixture nd wisk.. pour in a mud pot nd close nd keep it for 6 hours to set
- Mishti doi is ready
