- Heat oil and add all the vegetables. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
- In the same pan, add jeera and stir for 20 seconds
- Then add tej patta, loung and stir for 1 minute on low flame
- After an aroma, add chopped onions and cook them for 5-6 minutes on low heat till they turn soft
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 minute on low flame
- Then add tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat oR add tomato puree
- Add some water in the mixture so it does not burn
- Then add vegetables along with paneer and give a stir for 7-8 minutes on low flame
- Now add Maggi taste maker and garam masala and give a stir and cook for another minute
- Add salt to taste
- Serve hot in a bowl with rotis
