  • Cauliflower 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Peas 100 gram
  • Carrot 1
  • Potato 2
  • Onion 3
  • Tomato 3
  • Paneer 100 gram
  • Haldi 1 tablespoon
  • Kashmiri lal mirch 1.5 tablespoon
  • Dhania powder 1.5 tablespoon
  • Garam masala 0.5 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Tej patta 2
  • Jeera 1 tablespoon
  • Maggi magic masala 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Heat oil and add all the vegetables. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
  • In the same pan, add jeera and stir for 20 seconds
  • Then add tej patta, loung and stir for 1 minute on low flame
  • After an aroma, add chopped onions and cook them for 5-6 minutes on low heat till they turn soft
  • Add ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 minute on low flame
  • Then add tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat oR add tomato puree
  • Add some water in the mixture so it does not burn
  • Then add vegetables along with paneer and give a stir for 7-8 minutes on low flame
  • Now add Maggi taste maker and garam masala and give a stir and cook for another minute
  • Add salt to taste
  • Serve hot in a bowl with rotis
