  • Moong dal 2 cups
  • Haldo 1 tsp
  • Ginger grated 1 inch
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Onion 4-5
  • Emo 1 sachet
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 1. Soak moong Dal for 1 hour.then grind it with grated Ginger using very little water. 2.Stir the mixture well and add salt 3.Take out one portion of the batter in a separate bowl and add onion green chillies,hing, coriander leaves,nd whisk it well...
  • 4 Then add Eno nd mix it well nd pour on hot non stick pan . just tap the pan to spread nd cover nd cook.once done flip it over for few secnd. 5 once cooked serve with any green chutney
