  • Moringa 3 bunches
  • Natural Non iodized Rock Salt/Himalayan Pink salt 1kg

Instructions

  • Get 3 bunches of Moringa.Separate the leaves from the sticks.
  • Wash them thoroughly.Strain it.
  • Take a towel and spread those Moringa leaves for 5 hours.After the water gets absorbed, place them in a wide plate,spread them.
  • Dry them in a shady place. Ps:Strictly donot dry them under direct sunlight which results in loss of nutrients. Leave it for 3 days
  • After 3 days ,crush the leaves ,add it to a mixer ,grind them nicely.
  • Store it in an air tight container,make sure the container is totally dried(not even a single drop of water which may spoil the whole powder)No need to add any sort of preservatives to increase it's shelf life.
  • Because without any additives ,we can store it even for an year.
  • Now switch on the stove ,place the tawa,add rock salt to it and dry roast them for 1-2 minutes
  • Later add the moring powder to Roasted rock salt Then after 3-5 minutes switch off the stove.Spread them over a plate,after it gets cool .Change it to a container that's comfortable for you!
  • Healthy Moring salt is ready to be added in our daily cooking pots .
