  • Marie biscuits – 20 pieces
  • Melted butter – ¼ cup
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  • Cream cheese (softened) – 200 gms
  • Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
  • Heavy whipping cream (chilled) – ¾ cup
  • Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Chopped white chocolate – ½ cup
  • Motichoor laddoos – 3
  • Chopped pistachios – as required
  • Silver sprinkles – optional

Instructions

  • For the base: Marie biscuits – 20 pieces Melted butter – ¼ cup Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp For filling: Cream cheese (softened) – 200 gms Powdered sugar – ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream (chilled) – ¾ cup Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp Chopped white chocolate – ½ cup
  • To make the base for cheesecake put Marie biscuits in a mixer grinder and crush them till it is in a powder form. Then add melted butter and half of the cardamom powder and again mix it well.
  • Take an 8-inch loose bottom square pan. Transfer the crumb mixture into the pan and press it firmly in the pan. You can use a flat bottom glass to press the mixture. Then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl take cream cheese
  • Take out the crumb base from the refrigerator. Pour the cheesecake filling on top of the base and spread and smooth it with an offset spatula. Once the filling is levelled properly top it with the motichoor crumbs. Press it lightly so that it is packed
