Ingredients

  • Multigrain flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 2-3 units
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoons
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Soda powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoons
  • Ghee 2 teaspoons
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoons
  • Cucumber 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Honey 1 teaspoons
  • Oil or butter 1/2 cup
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Mix both flour in a bowl and add curd and prepare thick better.
  • Add salt, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and coriander and mix them. Add soda powder in a better and start making medium size chillas in a pan.
  • Shallow fry chillas from both side till they become golden brown.
  • Apply butter on chillas and serve chillas with Raita or tea.
  • Method for Raita : Add honey, black pepper powder and salt in a hung curd and mix them well.
  • Add cucumber, carrot and finely chopped coriander. Mix them and raita is ready to eat.
