- Mix both flour in a bowl and add curd and prepare thick better.
- Add salt, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and coriander and mix them. Add soda powder in a better and start making medium size chillas in a pan.
- Shallow fry chillas from both side till they become golden brown.
- Apply butter on chillas and serve chillas with Raita or tea.
- Method for Raita : Add honey, black pepper powder and salt in a hung curd and mix them well.
- Add cucumber, carrot and finely chopped coriander. Mix them and raita is ready to eat.
