  • Mushroom 250 gms
  • Onion 2 Medium Size
  • tomatoes 3 Medium Size
  • Garlic 4 Cloves
  • Ginger 1 Inch
  • Green Chillies 2
  • Kasoori Methi 1 Tsp
  • Oil 5 Tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
  • Coriander Powder 2 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt As per Taste
  • Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp
  • Processed Cheese 1 Cube
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves for Garnishing

Instructions

  • In a mixer, put chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green Chilies & make a fine paste of all. Put a pan on flame with oil in it & add cumin seeds then pour the grinded paste and stir it well. later add turmeric, red chilly, coriander powder & salt.
  • Let It Cook Till It Leaves The Oil. Meanwhile Wash Mushrooms &Remove Stem & Make Cavity Inside It By Scooping Out. Also Chop Few Mushrooms Finely Along With Stems. Take Out Some Masala Out Of All In A Plate For Stuffing And Add Cheese & Kasuri Methi To It.
  • Fill the stuffing in mushrooms and grate some cheese on top. Drizzle some oil in a heated pan and put mushrooms for 2 mins with a lid. Meanwhile add chopped mushrooms to masala with garam masala & water, take a boil till it gets thick.
  • Pour the curry in a bowl and put stuffed mushroom to it with some coriander leaves. Serve it with roti or rice.

Notes/Tips

Do not over cook mushrooms. always cook them in a medium flame.
