- In a blender add mint leaves, corriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, garlic, add some water and make a fine paste.
 - Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker and add cinnamon, clove, cardamom and bay leaf
 - Saute onion till it turns brown. Then add ground paste and saute till the raw flavors disappears.
 - Add mushrooms along with curd, saute for 2 minutes.
 - Add coconut milk, water and salt as per your taste.
 - Allow the water to boil and add rice, carefully mix everything to combine without breaking the rice.
 - Simmer for 10 minutes and turn off the flame.
 - Allow the pressure to release and open the lid.
 - Mix it gently and serve it with onion raita.
