- Heat oil in a pan and fry kebabs till they are soft and tender
- Now, take the same oil in another pan and add jeera, tej patta, laung and blackpepper to it and stir for 20 seconds.
- Add the onion puree and cook till it is golden Brown on low flame. After that, add ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 minute on low flame.
- Now add spices- lal mirchi, coriander powder, jeera powder and amchoor. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame for masala to mix properly.
- Now add tomato puree and add salt and cook till oil separates on low flame.
- Add some water and stir for 1 minute. Now add kebabs. Along with it, add the green chilly. Cook the dish for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garam masala to the dish for an amazing taste.
- Your kebab masala is ready. Serve hot with parathas/rotis/rice and chutney.
