  • Mutton 500 gm
  • Onion 115 gm
  • Tomato 115 Gm
  • Coriander A bunch
  • Green Chilli 10 gm
  • Ginger A little
  • Garlic 5 flakes
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil 60 gm
  • Curd 100 gm
  • Lemon 1

Instructions

  • Wash the Meat neatly.
  • Marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt , oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curd , coriander and lemon juice and keep aside for 20 minutes. And now pressure Cook . Give 5-6 whistles.
  • Finely chop onion and Tomatoes. Heat oil in a kadhai and add the onion and saute till golden brown then add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add the powdered Spices :- Turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, Garam masala and cook till oil separates. Now add the Meat Stock ( 1/2 cup ) and cook till it simmers.
  • Once the mixture is thickened add the mutton Pieces and mix neatly. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Now plate the dish and garnish with fine Chopped coriander leaves. Best served with roti , naan or paratha.

Notes/Tips

While marinating can add fried onions slices which can enhance the taste and flavor.
