- Wash the Meat neatly.
- Marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt , oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curd , coriander and lemon juice and keep aside for 20 minutes. And now pressure Cook . Give 5-6 whistles.
- Finely chop onion and Tomatoes. Heat oil in a kadhai and add the onion and saute till golden brown then add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add the powdered Spices :- Turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, Garam masala and cook till oil separates. Now add the Meat Stock ( 1/2 cup ) and cook till it simmers.
- Once the mixture is thickened add the mutton Pieces and mix neatly. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Now plate the dish and garnish with fine Chopped coriander leaves. Best served with roti , naan or paratha.
