Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Semolina 3 tablespoons
  • Green Cardamoms 3 grams
  • Pistachios 2 tablespoons
  • Almonds 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • Beat Sugar and Ghee until its creamy and fluffy.
  • Add the flour,Semolina and crushed green cardamoms and gently mix it in.
  • Leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Make equal size balls and put them on a greased tray and top Up with crushed nuts.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees.
  • Store in an Airtight container and you can Enjoy nankhatais For a week
