Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1cup
  • Besan 1/4cup
  • Ghee 1/2cup
  • Baking powder 1teaspoon
  • Baking soda 1/2teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar 2/3cup
  • Elaichi powder 1teaspoon

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add ghee and crumble it to form a cookie dough.
  • Make small sized balls for nankhatai
  • Keep the kadhai on a medium flame and cover it for 10minutes to preheat.
  • Keep the balls on a greased plate and keep it in kadhai for 15minutes on a low flame.
  • Switch off the flame and let the cookies cool down.
  • Store it in an airtight container.

Notes/Tips

If the cookie dough is not made then you can add 1/2-1spoon of milk to it.
