- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add ghee and crumble it to form a cookie dough.
- Make small sized balls for nankhatai
- Keep the kadhai on a medium flame and cover it for 10minutes to preheat.
- Keep the balls on a greased plate and keep it in kadhai for 15minutes on a low flame.
- Switch off the flame and let the cookies cool down.
- Store it in an airtight container.
