  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoons
  • Chilli powder 1 teaspoons
  • Tomato crushed 1/2 cup
  • Cashewnuts fried 1/4 cup
  • Chopped veggies ( carrots, french beans, etc) 1 cup
  • Fried paneer dice 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons
  • Canned pineappple pieces 1/4 cup
  • Garam masala 1 pinch
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Heat butter , add Onion, Ginger Garlic paste n cook for 3 min.Heat butter , add Onion, Ginger Garlic paste n cook for 3 min.
  • Add Coriander, Chilli powder, Tomato, Cashews & 2 Tbsp Water.
  • Mix in the Veggies, Salt n cashew paste.
  • Add in Coconut milk,Pineapple , paneer n Garam Masala.
  • Serve hot
