  • Rice Floor 1/4 cup
  • Besan floor 1/4 Cup
  • Maida floor 1/2 Cup
  • Groundnuts 2 TSP
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Dry coconut powder 2TSP
  • Hing 5gms
  • Simon seeds 1 tsp
  • Ghee 3 TSP
  • Chilli Powder 1/2 TSP
  • Salt 2 TSP
  • Oil 2 CUPS

Instructions

  • Add rosted gram, groundnuts and jeera and dry cocount powder In a mixer Jar and grind
  • Mix all the 3 floors in a bowl and mix it in a ghee, add chilli powder simon Seeds Mix curry leaves and hing and salt and mix it well with water to become dough
  • And It should have chappati Dough consistency Nippattu dough is ready now. Heat oil deeply to fry Make a lemon size balls from the Dough Flatten the each balls
  • Coat a few drop's of oil across the surface of an aluminum foil or plastic paper, slowly and carefully raw nippattu one at a time in to the Oil
  • Flip The Nippattu after some time when changes its Color to golden brown on both the sides And place the nippattu on paper napkins to remove excess oil
