  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Onion 1 small
  • Mushroom 5-6
  • Bell peppers 1 small each
  • Garlic cloves 4-5
  • Salt According to taste
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 tsp
  • Red chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Paneer 250 gms
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Lettuce 2 sliced
  • Cheese 2 sliced

Instructions

  • For batter - In a mixing bowl take 2 tablespoons of refined flour and corn flour Add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and make a fine paste Dip the paneer in the batter and coat it with crushed cornflakes (Do this procedure twice so the cover turns Crispier) Fry

Notes/Tips

For filling - In a pan add 1 tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of oil Once it is heated add mushroom and salt Mushroom has a lot of water content so wait till the mushroom is dry Add garlic, onion, bell peppers and corn. Do not overcook it Let the veggies cook for 2 mins then add tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, & Chilli flakes Close the flame and take the filling out in a separate bowl For assembling the sandwich - Apply mayonnaise and thousand island sauce
