No mould Oreo Mango Shrikhand Tart

  • Oreo cookies 2 pkt
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Mango pulp 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder 2 tbl spoon
  • Saffron soaked in 1 spoon milk Pinch of
  • Nutmeg pwdr A pinch of
  • Melted butter 2 tbl spoon

Instructions

  • To prepare this delicious dish, first, you need to make the base of the tart. Here I am not used any tart mould, instead of it I fold the foil paper according my shape, when your tart get set you can easily remove it from the base and can keep on any tray.
  • Before crush the biscuits separate the middle cream from Oreo. Crush the biscuits to a fine powder and transfer to a plate. Now, mix the butter in it very well and apply aluminium foil mould or tart mould.
  • Add the biscuit mixture in the mould and apply pressure to even out in the mould. Refrigerate for 20minutes to solidify the tart base. Meanwhile, soak saffron in milk to make saffron milk.
  • For mango Shrikhand add hung curd in a bowl along with mango pulp, saffron milk, and nutmeg powder, you can mix the cream portion collected from Oreos. Mix all the ingredients well. Your thick and creamy mango shrikhand is ready.
  • Take out the tart and apply mango shrikhand on it and apply evenly. Once done, let it set in refrigerator for 1 or 2 hr. Take it out once done, and remove the foil very carefully so as not to break it.
  • Then, cut the mango slices very thin and shape it as you like. Or you can simply garnish with mango slices on top and serve chilled.
