Ingredients

  • Ingredients for filling -
  • 90gms Nutella (6 portions)
  • Refrigerate this filling for 2-3 hours or preferably overnight
  • Ingredients for dough -
  • 1cup- flour
  • 1.5tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup - Brown sugar sugar
  • 1/4 cup- butter (salted)
  • 2tbsp - milk
  • 1/2 TSP - baking soda
  • Pinch - salt
  • 1/4cup - chopped chocolate
  • Few drops vanilla esssence

Instructions

  • In a bowl , cream butter and brown sugar and vanilla essence .
  • Add flour , cocoa powder , baking soda and salt . Mix it .
  • Add milk and Mix and form a dough .
  • Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Portion each cookie dough with the help Of ice cream scooper .
  • Add the frozen nutella filling inside the dough and seal it , refrigerate it .
  • Bake at 180°C for 7-8 minutes .
