- In a bowl, sieve the 1.5 bowl flour, 3 tbsp coco powder, pinch of salt and 1 1/4 tbsp baking powder and give a mix.
- In another bowl, add 3/4 bowl oil and 3/4 bowl powder Sugar,mix well until sugar melts completely.
- Take 3 eggs and add egg 1 by 1 to this and beat again well until the mixture is a bit fluffy now add bowl 1/4 bowl milk and 2 tsp vanilla essence and mix again.
- Now add 3 tbsp of dry ingredients at a time to this and mix using a spatula in cut and fold manner. Mix until you don’t see any traces of flour remaining and the batter is lump free. Add 1 bowl of roughly chopped dry fruits. The paste has to be of med-thi
- Preheat the pressure cooker(high flame) and tawa(low flame) for 1 min.
- Then grease the whole cooker evenly with ½ tbsp of oil by swirling it. Also Grease the parchment paper to put inside the cooker. Then turn off the cooker’s flame and place the cooker on the tawa.
- Tap the bowl to release the bubbles and slowly pour the batter into the cooker and cover it without whistle.
- Keep it on low - medium flame.Wait for 40-45 min then remove the lid and check if it is fluffy and dry, if the toothpick or knife comes out clean it is the sign of well baked cake.
- Take out the cake gently after 10 minutes from the cooker.
- Now on the top of the cake add rabri and see how good it tastes. Design the way you want.
