Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats 1/4 Cup
  • Skim Milk 1 Cup
  • Mixed Berries 2 Cups
  • Honey

Instructions

  • Soak the oats in half cup of skim milk for at least 5 minutes. Pour the remaining milk in the blender, add the berries and blend until smooth.
  • Add the soaked oats and any additional liquid along with a little bit of honey or stevia to taste if desired. Blend again until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
