Ingredients

  • Oats 1/2cup
  • Curd 2tbsp
  • Sooji 2tbsp
  • Chopped Onions 2tbsp
  • Chopped green chillies 2tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Mayonnaise 1tbsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Olive oil 2tbsp

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients and mix very well. Make small tikkis by hand.
  • Heat a tawa and add the olive oil. Shallow fry them until turns golden colour. Serve with some mayonnaise.

It can be used as burger Tikki too...
