Omelette Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Bread Slices 4 units
  • Eggs 4 units
  • Cheese slices 2 units
  • Onions, finely chopped 4 tablespoons
  • Green chillies 1 teaspoons
  • Coriander, finely chopped 1 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • Olive oil or butter as per taste

Instructions

  • Take a big bowl and break all 4 eggs into it. Season with salt and pepper and whisk well.
  • Add onions and chillies and mix gently.
  • Heat oil in a pan and pour in half the egg mixture into the pan.
  • Cook on medium heat until the top looks done.
  • Flip the omelet and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
  • Butter the slices of bread and place the omelet on one slice and cheese on the other.
  • Gently sandwich them together and place on the pan for 1-2 minutes until crisp.
  • Repeat with the rest of the egg and serve hot!
