Ingredients

  • Rice 250 gm
  • Sugar 100 gm
  • Milk 1000ml
  • Coconut Small pieces without red layer
  • Til seeds 25 gm

Instructions

  • Soak rice overnight , and make a smooth batter by grinding.
  • Add water to the batter ( same quantity as of batter ) add a pinch of salt and 4 tsp of sugar. Now boil this in low flame for until it thickens like a dough.
  • When the dough is non-sticky and little cool . Make small balls of raisin or cherry size.
  • Now take one cup of water in a vessel and put it on low flame and add coconut pieces. When the water starts boiling. Add the rice balls carefully.
  • After few minutes add milk and sugar. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Now off the flame.
  • Now, fry the til seeds and make its powder. Then, add til powder to the Paisam and stir well. And Ondralu Paisam is ready to get offered to Ganpati BappašŸ˜Š

Notes/Tips

Don't forget to smear ghee while making small balls.
