- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C.
- Prepare the muffin moulds.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients.
- Add curd and sugar. Best well
- Now add orange juice, zest and oil. Mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients to the wet
- Add Walnuts & Coconut.
- 7 Pour in the prepared mould. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 170C
